Server log files
The delivery of the contents of our website requires the collection of certain technical data. When you access our website, these are written to server log files. On our website, we use Google Ads, an online advertising program from Google Inc, which also uses conversion tracking. With this tool, Google Ads places a cookie in your web browser when you visit our website via a Google ad. It is not for personal traceability. The data collected through conversion cookies is used to generate conversion statistics to measure the effectiveness of advertisements placed via Google Ads. We use the services of etracker GmbH of Hamburg, Germany (www.etracker.com) on our website to analyze usage data and optimize our website. Cookies are used for this purpose. They do not contain any information that would allow a user to be identified. Since the privacy of our visitors is of particular importance to us, etracker anonymizes the IP address as soon as possible and converts logon or device IDs into a unique key that is not assigned to a specific person.
The data generated with etracker is processed and stored exclusively in Germany on our behalf by etracker and is therefore subject to the strict German and European data protection laws and standards. etracker has been independently audited, certified and awarded the data protection seal of approval ePrivacyseal. We process the personal data you provide for the application process. This is necessary in order to protect our legitimate interests in an efficient application process and to carry out pre-contractual measures. You are not obliged to make your personal data available. However, we cannot carry out the application process without it. Your data will be forwarded to IT and communication service providers (e.g. e-mail providers) or, if necessary in individual cases, to authorities and courts. We store the data for up to six months after the conclusion of an unsuccessful application process, otherwise in any case for as long as statutory retention obligations exist or any legal claims are not yet time-limited.
