Data controller for the processing situations described below is the impactit GmbH (“we”), Vienna Twin Tower, Wienerbergstraße 11/B14, 1100 Wien, Österreich.

In these processing situations, your personal data may also be processed. In such cases, we provide links to or describe below, in particular, the purposes of the processing, the recipients of the data, transfers to third countries, and the duration of the processing. The collection and use of your data are carried out in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Data Protection Act (DSG), and the Telecommunications Act 2021 (TKG 2021). No automated decision-making, including profiling as defined in Article 22 of the GDPR, takes place.

The GDPR generally grants the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. Furthermore, the GDPR grants the right to withdraw consent that has been given; however, this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent prior to its withdrawal.

In addition, you may object to processing of your data for direct marketing purposes (including profiling) and - on grounds relating to your particular situation - you may object to processing of your data based on our legitimate interests (including profiling).

Would you like to contact us, to have a meeting, or exchange files?

When you contact us, the personal data you provide will be processed for the purpose of handling, responding to, and maintaining a record of your inquiry. This may be necessary to safeguard our legitimate interest in maintaining efficient communication with you, to fulfill a contract with you, or to take (pre-) contractual measures. You are not required to provide your personal data. However, without it, we cannot conduct correspondence with you in an appropriate manner.

If you participate in an online meeting with us via Microsoft Teams, exchange data with us via Microsoft OneDrive for Business, or if we manage appointments with you via Microsoft Outlook Calendar, we process not only the data you provide (such as your name, company name, and email address), but also the corresponding correspondence and appointment data, your IP address as well as other logdata, for the purpose of conducting video and telephone conferences, webinars, and appointments, or for exchanging files; as part of this process, a guest account can also be created We process your personal data based on a contractual relationship with us or our legitimate interest in efficient appointment management, online events to inform participants, or efficient file sharing. The Microsoft Ireland Operations, Ltd, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, D18 P521, Ireland acts as a data processor in this context. We store the aforementioned data for as long as necessary to process, respond to, or keep a record of your inquiry, but in any case for as long as statutory retention requirements apply or any legal claims have not yet expired. Your data will be shared with IT and communications service providers (e.g., email providers) or, if necessary in individual cases, with government agencies and courts.

Google Ads

On our website, we use Google Ads, an online advertising program from Google Inc, which also uses conversion tracking. With this tool, Google Ads places a cookie in your web browser when you visit our website via a Google ad. It is not for personal traceability. The data collected through conversion cookies is used to generate conversion statistics to measure the effectiveness of advertisements placed via Google Ads. If you choose not to follow the tracking process, you can disable the Google Conversion Tracking cookie in your web browser.

Google Remarketing

We use the remarketing function of Google Inc. on our website. Google will then present you with customized ads. Cookies are set on your computer for this purpose. Google does not collect any personal data. Are you user (licensee) of portatour®?

You will find the Privacy Policy in the License Terms of portatour®. However, for you as a user, the respective Licensee of portatour® is generally also the data controller for portatour®.

If you setup a Google calendar subscription, your Google user ID, e-mail address, calendar list and – if applicable - the events of the subscribed calendar will be used to further optimize your visit planning in portatour®. We do not share this data with third parties or outside your organization without a legal basis. Appropriate technical and organizational measures ensure the confidentiality of such data - see also Information Security. The data will be stored for the duration that you configure when setting up the calendar subscription or that results from the retention periods applied.

Do you need an order processing contract in accordance with GDPR?

You want to apply for a job with us?

We process the personal data you provide for the application process, also by using a processor for the purpose of applicant management. This is necessary in order to protect our legitimate interests in an efficient application process and to carry out pre-contractual measures. You are not obliged to make your personal data available. However, we cannot carry out the application process without it. Your data will be forwarded to IT, applicant management and communication service providers (e.g. e-mail providers) or, if necessary in individual cases, to authorities and courts. We store the data for up to six months after the conclusion of an unsuccessful application process, otherwise in any case for as long as statutory retention obligations exist or any legal claims are not yet time-limited.
