	First installation Refer to the technical requirements to verify compatibility. Recommended: Make a backup of the Dynamics CRM database. Download the solution and save the file. Login to your Dynamics CRM as system administrator and import the solution (see the administration manual below).	Update Recommended: Make a backup of the Dynamics CRM database. Important: Do not uninstall portatour® before updating. By deleting the portatour® solution, all data managed by portatour® are irrevocably deleted. Download the solution and save the file. Login to your Dynamics CRM. You must use the same account as you did during the first installation, it must be a system administrator account. Import the solution on top of the existing version (see the administration manual below). Data and settings will be kept. After the update: if two portatour® solutions are listed as installed, delete the older one. This may occur after major version upgrades.
