Switch to the desired language in the drop-down menu in the &#8220;Language and region&#8221; section and save.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.portatour.com\/blog\/users\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/Options-Language-e1450112897351.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-767 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/www.portatour.com\/blog\/users\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/Options-Language-e1450112897351.png\" alt=\"Options-Language\" width=\"390\" height=\"443\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>If you are a company with two or more field reps, the administrator can change the language per user directly in the <strong>User management<\/strong>. If your company uses the portatour\u00ae <strong>API<\/strong>\u00a0for the export of data, the header row and the formatting of data fields will always be displayed in the language configured for the administrator login\u00a0who accesses\u00a0the API.
