If the data of many users is affected, large data loss or significant recovery effort may result from erroneous mass edits.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Proceed as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Switch to the <strong>workspace<\/strong> of the <strong>company<\/strong> or a specific <strong>user group<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>In the main menu, click <strong>Customers<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>To filter the customers you wish to edit, use the <strong>Extended Search<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Review the list and ensure that these are the actual customers you wish to edit.<\/li>\n<li>Click the <strong>Edit all X<\/strong> button at the end of the list.
