Click the new\u00a0button <strong>Export\u00a0&gt;\u00a0As File<\/strong>. Also, a summary for each day and for the whole plan is included.<\/p>\n<p>By choosing the option &#8220;include customer data&#8221; or &#8220;include appointment data&#8221;, the exported lines for\u00a0appointments and customer visits will include all data fields of the related customers or appointments respectively.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.portatour.com\/blog\/users\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/Schedule-Export-Export-e1439986918820.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-675\" src=\"http:\/\/www.portatour.com\/blog\/users\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/Schedule-Export-Export-1024x391.png\" alt=\"Schedule-Export-Export\" width=\"625\" height=\"239\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Exporting the schedule is a useful feature for everyone who wants to archive the schedule, forward it to third parties or process it electronically.<\/p>\n<p><em>Hints:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>For the automated processing of schedules in enterprises with 2 or more field reps, exporting the schedule is now available as part of the\u00a0API.
