In order to better ensure that, corporate clients with purchased licenses now have the possibility\u00a0of configuring a <strong>feedback button<\/strong> in portatour\u00ae. As an administrator you simply go to the &#8220;Program Settings&#8221; in the options menu and enter the e-mail address to which the feedback mails shall be sent \u2013 e.g. to the internal project supervisor. The feedback button will\u00a0always be displayed for users on the bottom left corner of the screen.<\/p>\n<p>In case users have questions about\u00a0using\u00a0the software\u00a0or scheduling, they can simply click the feedback button and describe\u00a0their problem. The current portatour\u00ae report is automatically attached to the <strong>feedback mail<\/strong> and contains both the current <strong>schedule<\/strong> and the new <strong>application check<\/strong>. Optionally you can also attach files, e.g. <strong>screenshots<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.portatour.com\/blog\/users\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/Feedback-EN-e1437570828419.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-619 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.portatour.com\/blog\/users\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/Feedback-EN-e1437570828419.png\" alt=\"Feedback EN\" width=\"466\" height=\"476\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>In case the project supervisor cannot answer a question, the supervisor can send it to the\u00a0portatour\u00ae support team under <a href=\"mailto:support@portatour.com\">support@portatour.com<\/a>\u00a0who is\u00a0available as &#8220;2nd level support&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><em>P.S.: Please install the latest version of portatour\u00ae if you use portatour\u00ae in combination with\u00a0Salesforce or Dynamics CRM (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.portatour.com\/salesforce\/download\">download for Salesforce<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.portatour.com\/dynamics-crm\/download\">download for Dynamics CRM<\/a>).
