With saved searches, each user can filter or sort their customer list differently depending on the purpose, and subsequently call them up again at any time at the push of a button.<\/p>\n

As of this update, administrators can now create saved searches centrally, which can be employed by all users.<\/p>\n

Here’s how it works:<\/h2>\n

      \n
    1. If you are an administrator and do not have customers of your own, first log in to a user account that has customers.<\/li>\n
    2. Navigate to the customer list.<\/li>\n
    3. Use the Advanced <\/strong> search to set the desired filters and sorting.<\/li>\n
    4. Click Saved<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      1. Click Save search organization-wide… <\/strong><\/li>\n
      2. Enter a name.<\/li>\n
      3. Click Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        This saved search is now available to all users.<\/p>\n

        • Only administrators can create and delete organization-wide saved searches.<\/li>\n
