To configure the e-mail addresses of recipients, there are now two text-fields in the reporting configuration: one for daily delivery, one for weekly delivery. The weekly report is generated and distributed on Sundays and includes \u2013 as usual \u2013 a review of the last week.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Request delivery via\u00a0webpage instead of\u00a0email<\/strong>: When manually requesting a report, you can now chose: either\u00a0delivery via email or viewing the report immediately\u00a0on\u00a0a webpage. In the latter case you don&#8217;t have to wait anymore until the report is delivered into your mailbox.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Request\u00a0reports from within user management<\/strong>: Should you have equipped multiple employees of your company with portatour\u00ae, you can \u2013 as Administrator or Supervisor\u00a0\u2013 request reports directly from the user management options with a single click.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Automatic download of reports via API<\/strong>: This is good news for companies who are using the portatour\u00ae API: Starting now, portatour\u00ae Reports can be requested using the API in an automated fashion and can be archived\u00a0directly in your file-system as HTML files.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>P.S.:\u00a0<em>Should you be using portatour\u00ae in combination with Salesforce or Dynamics CRM, update to the newest release\u00a0(<a href=\"http:\/\/www.portatour.com\/salesforce\/download\">download for Salesforce<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.portatour.com\/dynamics-crm\/download\">download for Dynamics CRM<\/a>) before you can setup weekly delivery.
