In addition to many internal improvements, the update provides the following functional enhancements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Increase of the limit from 1,000 to <strong>3,000 customers per user. <\/strong> More information about this improvement can be found in this <a href=\"https:\/\/www.portatour.com\/blog\/users\/en\/2018\/06\/06\/upgrade-to-3000-customers-per-user\/\">blogpost<\/a> regarding portatour\u00ae Anywhere.<\/li>\n<li>Use of <strong>geotagging<\/strong><strong> for call reports<\/strong> also in combination with Dynamics CRM. As an administrator, you can activate this function in the CRM under portatour\u00ae Administration &gt; Organization Settings &gt; Reporting.<br \/>\nFor more information on geotagging, see this <a href=\"https:\/\/www.portatour.com\/blog\/users\/en\/2017\/12\/18\/optional-geotagging-for-call-reports\/\">blogpost<\/a> regarding portatour\u00ae Anywhere.<\/li>\n<li><strong>New setting option<\/strong> to establish in which <strong>context <\/strong>the <strong>synchronization<\/strong> with portatour\u00ae Anywhere should technically run: as the affected <strong>user<\/strong> (=field representative), as <strong>administrator<\/strong> (the one who installed portatour\u00ae) or as <strong>SYSTEM<\/strong>. You can find the setting in the CRM under portatour\u00ae Administration &gt; Synchronization Settings &gt; Options. We recommend the setting &#8220;User&#8221;, as this means the user is entered as the creator of new data records in the CRM.
