You can now <strong>edit<\/strong> recurring appointments both in Anywhere and in your source system and changes will be smoothly synchronized.<\/p>\n<p>To use this feature, first install the latest version of portatour\u00ae in your source-system (your administrator can do that) and then trigger a synchronization with Anywhere.<\/p>\n<p>The latest versions to <strong>download<\/strong> and install are here:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>portatour\u00ae for <strong>Outlook:<\/strong> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.portatour.com\/outlook\/download\">www.portatour.com\/outlook\/download<\/a><\/li>\n<li>portatour\u00ae for <strong>Salesforce<\/strong>: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.portatour.com\/salesforce\/download\">www.portatour.com\/salesforce\/download<\/a><\/li>\n<li>portatour\u00ae for <strong>Dynamics CRM<\/strong>: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.portatour.com\/dynamics-crm\/download\">www.portatour.com\/dynamics-crm\/download<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Two\u00a0facts to know about synchronization:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The biggest challenge when implementing the synchronization was to identify the unique specialties that each source system employed and to rebuild those within portatour\u00ae Anywhere. To ensure a smooth synchronization, limitations on recurring appointments\u00a0existing in\u00a0the source systems also apply\u00a0within portatour\u00ae Anywhere.<\/li>\n<li>portatour\u00ae Anywhere supports the most common recurrence rules.
