From now on, a new default applies to all calendar subscriptions: only the time is imported; title, location and further details are not.<\/p>\n<p>To adjust this behavior, proceed as follows:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Open the <strong>Options<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Calendar subscriptions<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Edit an existing subscription or create a new one.<\/li>\n<li>For the desired calendar, select <strong>Subscribe with custom settings<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Under <strong>Appointments marked as &#8216;Private&#8217;<\/strong>, select the desired option:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>Include completely<\/li>\n<li>Only take the time and address<\/li>\n<li>Only take the time <em>(default)<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Do not include<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>User list: mass editing of user group membership<\/h2>\n<p><em>This update affects administrators of company accounts with at least two users.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>From now on, you can edit the user groups for multiple users at the same time via mass editing. You can not only replace all user groups, but also add or remove individual user groups.<\/p>\n<p>Proceed as follows:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>In the <strong>Workspace Organization<\/strong>, open the menu item <strong>Users<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Use selection mode or extended search to select users.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Edit selected <\/strong>or <strong>Edit all X<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>More<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Edit user groups<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Select the <strong>Edit mode<\/strong> and the <strong>user group<\/strong>.
