New from now on:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>portatour\u00ae Reports for organizations and user groups can now also be sent automatically.<\/li>\n<li>Recipients can also be selected automatically based on the permission levels in user management, using the email addresses stored for the users.<\/li>\n<li>You decide the day and time window for delivery yourself.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All portatour\u00ae Report-related settings are now grouped in their own <strong>portatour\u00ae Report<\/strong> section in the options.<\/p>\n<h2>Set up organization default for report delivery<\/h2>\n<p><em>This update affects administrators and supervisors of company accounts with at least two users.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>To configure organization-wide report delivery, proceed as follows:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Open the organization options in the workspace organization.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>portatour\u00ae Reports<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Periodic report delivery via email<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Under <strong>Delivery between<\/strong>, define when the reports should be sent.<\/li>\n<li>Configure the delivery schedule for <strong>portatour\u00ae Report for users<\/strong>,<strong> portatour\u00ae Report for user group <\/strong>and <strong>portatour\u00ae Report for organization<\/strong>. For each recipient group, select: <strong>No delivery<\/strong>, <strong>Daily<\/strong> or <strong>Weekly<\/strong> on a <strong>selectable<\/strong> <strong>weekday<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.portatour.com\/blog\/users\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/Firmen-Optionen-Periodischer-Report-Versand-EN.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-12879\" src=\"https:\/\/www.portatour.com\/blog\/users\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/Firmen-Optionen-Periodischer-Report-Versand-EN.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"660\" height=\"1015\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><em>Notes:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>The existing email addresses from <strong>Daily email to<\/strong> and <strong>Weekly (Sunday) email<\/strong> to have been automatically transferred to the respective <strong>Additional email recipients<\/strong>. Report delivery continues to behave as before.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>This extension is not available if portatour\u00ae is connected to Dynamics CRM as the data source system.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Customize periodic report delivery for users<\/h2>\n<p>To customize report delivery for users with their own schedule, proceed as follows:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Open the <strong>Options<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Under <strong>portatour\u00ae Reports<\/strong>, click <strong>Periodic report delivery via email<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Under <strong>Delivery of the portatour\u00ae Report for User <\/strong>, you can overwrite the organization default for individual settings and define whether your report is sent to yourself, to associated supervisors and\/or to all administrators.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.portatour.com\/blog\/users\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/Optionen-Periodischer-Report-Versand-Benutzer-EN.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-12885\" src=\"https:\/\/www.portatour.com\/blog\/users\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/Optionen-Periodischer-Report-Versand-Benutzer-EN.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"660\" height=\"561\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><em>Notes: <\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>The existing email addresses from <strong>Daily email to<\/strong> and <strong>Weekly (Sunday) email<\/strong> to have been automatically transferred to the respective <strong>Additional email recipients<\/strong>. The permission is initially set to the same value as the existing permission <strong>Edit reporting settings<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As an administrator and supervisor, you have <strong>Receive settings<\/strong>. There, you can define for yourself which reports are sent to you, independently of the organization default.
