This news concerns administrators of company accounts with the data source system Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online (not on-premise).<\/em><\/p>\n

To allow your users to log in to portatour\u00ae Anywhere with the Microsoft single sign-on provider of your Dynamics CRM Online, proceed as follows:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Install the latest version of portatour\u00ae for Dynamics\u00ae 365 v9.0: Download<\/a><\/li>\n
  2. In Microsoft Dynamics, open “portatour\u00ae > Administration > Overview > Organization Settings”<\/li>\n
  3. On the “General” tab, change “Login Types” from “Username & password only” to “Single sign-on and username & password”.<\/li>\n
  4. Save.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The users configured for portatour\u00ae can now log in to portatour\u00ae Anywhere as follows:<\/p>\n

    1. Open the “portatour\u00ae Route Planning App” in Microsoft Dynamics.<\/li>\n
    2. Click on the large “Open” button in the “portatour\u00ae Anywhere” section.<\/li>\n
    3. If you were not previously logged in via “Remember me” or you explicitly log out, the login page appears.<\/li>\n
    4. Click on “Log in with Microsoft”.<\/li>\n
    5. Log in with the Microsoft account that is assigned to your Dynamics.<\/li>\n
