Click <strong>Extended<\/strong> in the <strong>Customer<\/strong> menu to go to the filter settings:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"details-image aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.portatour.com\/blog\/users\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/Erweiterte-Suche-Ausschnitt-EN.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Upcoming appointment<\/strong>: Select &#8220;<strong>present<\/strong>&#8221; to obtain only those customers with at least one uncompleted\u00a0fixed appointment on the same day or in the future. On the other hand, select &#8220;<strong>none<\/strong>&#8221; to obtain those customers without future appointments.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reservation<\/strong>: Select &#8220;<strong>present<\/strong>&#8221; to obtain only those customers who have a reservation (&#8220;include in schedule&#8221;) \u2013 irrespective if they have already been included in the schedule or not. Select &#8220;<strong>none<\/strong>&#8221; to obtain all customers without reservations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>In schedule<\/strong>: Select &#8220;<strong>scheduled<\/strong>&#8221; to obtain only those customers who are planned in the current schedule \u2013 no matter if they have been included due to an appointment, a reservation or an automated call suggestion based on the call interval. Select &#8220;<strong>not scheduled<\/strong>&#8221; to obtain those customers who are currently not planned in the schedule.<\/p>\n<p>If you leave the selection &#8220;<strong>any<\/strong>&#8221; there will be no filtering for this criterion.
